| Automatic seminal plasma biochemistry analyzer can reflect the fertility of patients by detecting the content of certain indicators in their seminal plasma,and assist doctors in treating their infertility.However,due to the late start,the general technology level of this field in China is relatively low at present.Based on the above situation,this work designs a fully automated seminal plasma biochemical analyzer system based on photoelectric colorimetric method,which can realize the simultaneous test of multiple seminal plasma indicators,the optimization of test process and improve the consistency of the test results.The main research of this work can be included as the following parts:(1)A seminal plasma biochemical test kit is designed based on the detection method of multiple seminal plasma biochemical indexes.The whole design process of this test kit includes the structural design,the slot design,and the optical path design.The test kit integrates biochemical reactions and photoelectric detection in the process of sample detection.Finally,a complete detection scheme is designed for several detection indicators in the seminal plasma biochemical test kit,which optimizes the experimental steps and improves the detection efficiency.(2)The fully automatic detection process is accomplished by the synergy of multiple modules in the system.The whole system contains precision motion control module,photoelectric detection module,data management module,interaction module and core control module.This work designed the hardware of the integrated motor drive board,and proposed an optimized motor control strategy based on trapezoidal acceleration-deceleration algorithm and PID algorithm to complete the precise positioning of motor and sample filling of the plunger pump.As for the photoelectric detection module,this work selected the photoelectric devices and designed the hardware of the photoelectric detection board based on the transmissive optical circuit.Additionally,the sliding average filtering algorithm was used to filter the output results.Additionally,the seminal plasma biochemistry analyzer data management system contains the front-end system based on Vue framework and the back-end system function module based on Spring Boot and My SQL,which can realize the management of test result and the data visualization.(3)In order to realize the integrated management of each functional module of the equipment,this work designed the core control module.The whole design process of this module includes the main control board hardware design,the software design,and the communication protocol design.The modular architecture design between one host and multiple slave equipment can be realized through the connection with core functional module. |
