In addition, the fitnesscar is very sensitive to the price, therefore develop a special Body Control System forthe car, which can help to promote the comfortable and passive safety, and enhance themarket competitiveness of the car.To develop the Body Control System for the fitness car, in this article, basic onanalysing the Body Control System function requirements of the fitness car in themarket, and studying some functions of senior car, add them to this Body ControlSystem, which do not increase the costs of the development, but can improve thevehicle’s comfortable, safety, and the market competitiveness.This system consists of a control module and a relay module. The master controllerof the control module is STC89C54RD+, which is fast operation, low power, stronganti-interface capability, and inexpensive. Data collection is achieved by theparallel-load and serial-shift register74HC165.The relays are driven by ULN2003A.The relay module consists of relays and fuse, the relays drive the loads, the fuse canprotect the circuit and electrical loads. In the designing of the system, gives a fullconsideration of the lower power, lower cost and higher reliability, in this articlecompleted the electrical circuit design, including power circuit, body-state collectingcircuit, input expanding circuit, drive circuit, the light collecting circuit, steering lampbad detecting circuit and so on.In this article, gives the detail analysis of each circuit module, gives the parametercalculation method, and also gives the selection rules of relay and fuse. Complete eachcircuit module debugging and the system debugging, to meet the functionalrequirements. The completed system can give a guiding role for the Body ControlSystem of the fitness car. |
