With the development of automotive electronic technology,more and more Electronic Control Units(ECUs)have been installed into the car.In the ECU development process,the traditional manual test requires long time,heavy workload,high cost,and it fails to implement the sufficient test to ECU.Thus,the R&D center of OEM has turned to accumulate technology,researching Hardware-in-the-loop simulation technology of ECU.This paper introduces and analyzes the current situation of ECU Hardware-in-the-loop simulation technology in China and abroad,and proposes the Hardware-in-the-loop simulation system of BCM based on dSPACE to improve the deficient manual test system.Based on the overall design,the hardware and software of the system and the interface model are designed in detail.In the hardware part,it presents the port expansion design on CAN bus,which solves the problem of limited number of dSPACE board ports and achieves fault injection function.In the interface model,Matlab / Simulink are used to model the BCM input / output interfaces.All the block diagrams are converted into C code by Real Time Workspace and downloaded to the dSPACE real-time hardware.The software part is divided into five layers: data communication between the Simulink model layer and the dSPACE board;in the custom element layer,each test action is encapsulated for application layer script invocation;in the test script application layer,the application layer software framework and the general test script architecture is designed,and the intelligent decision script is developed to reduce the workload of the test report review;in the diagnosis layer,the fault diagnosis and the diagnosis service are achieved;in the data for the script updates and maintenance.The system is able to carry out functional test and diagnostic test on BCM of SAIC-GM SGM358.This paper measures the adequacy and completeness of the testing and analyzes its benefits quantitatively.The system script features high development efficiency,convenient later maintenance,and simple review report with low overall cost.It improves the quality of software delivery,reduces the duplication of the test engineer thus accumulating the related technology experience for the OEM.
