Water lubricated rubber alloy bearing is a new type of bearing with reducingvibration and noise, wear-resisting. And vibration and noise of bearing is related tosafety and comfort of the ship. The control of vibration and noise causes wide attention.This research is funded by the State Natural Sciences Foundation GeneralProjects:”Innovative design theory and method of water lubricated bearing ststem withlarge size and high specific pressure(Number:50775230)”, aimed at studying thevibration and noise characteristics of water lubrication rubber alloy bearing, masteringthe impact of its structure design parameters, load, speed on the vibration and noise ofwater lubrication bearing. It not only helps to study more in-depth of the structure andthe optimization of the water lubrication rubber alloy bearing, but Also to have animportant meaning on reducing the radiation noise, improving the the concealment ofthe ship.Firstly, the constraint mode of water lubricated rubber alloy bearing is analysed,and the inherent frequency of bearing and the vibration characteristics in various ordermode using the ANSYS finite element analysis software. And through the staticsanalysis, it discusses the action of strain and stress conditions of bearing the under theconcentrated load. Then do the complex modal theory about the bearing are analysed.It obtains the mode when bearing is unstable and the frequency in instability mode,and discusses and analysethe influence of the different structure and working conditionon the vibration and noise.Finally, the vibration acceleration of bearing is tested by experiment. And thestructure noise of each frequency band is gat through the vibration data compression toone-third times of frequency band. And the experiment is repeated through changing thespeed and load. The experiment proved to verify the complex modal analysis results.The experimental results and are much closer to the complex modal analysis results. Itshows that the use of the complex modal calculation method and the result in the paperis reasonable. And it provides a good reference value For the design and application ofbearing.
