Business Processes Optimization And Implementation Studies Of Centralized Control Hydropower Stations

Hydropower station belongings to technology-intensive and capital-intensiveenterprise, as the development of science and technology, the station equipmentreliability and automation degree increasing, the previous single hydropower stationoperation and management have been gradually replaced by the centralized control(referred to centralized control)management of the entire watershed or multiplewatershed hydropower stations. With the development of the power market reform, thetrend “the separation of power plant and power networks and the implementation ofelectricity price bidding” is inevitable, more and more capital flowing into powermarket, the hydropower generation enterprise are facing increasing competitive pressure.The operation and management mode drawbacks of traditional hydropower station isincreasingly evident, it has been difficult to gain a competitive advantage in today’sdynamic environment of the hydropower market. In this context, the thesis uses theprocess optimization, knowledge management, Total Productive Maintenance, and othermanagement methods to make a theoretical study and practical application of thebusiness processes optimization of centralized control hydropower stations whichrelated to the core competitiveness of hydropower enterprise, and build the businessprocess optimization system. The research results have important theoretical andpractical value to enhance the management level of the hydropower generationenterprise companies, reduce operating costs, and achieve safe and economic operationof hydropower stations.The main contents as follows:①Reviewed the status of domestic and foreign hydropower station managementand process optimization, and put forward the background, the significance and thepurpose of this article, which pointed out the direction for the writing of the paper.②Analyzed the status of the existing centralized control hydropower stations andthe problems of its business process management, planned the research ideas of thispaper, then, Analyzed the need for the process optimization of centralized controlhydropower stations.③Analyzed the meaning and characteristics of the business process optimizationof centralized control hydropower stations, and planned its overall scheme,thendiscussed the design ideas, influencing factors and the content system of the scheme in detail.④The thesis makes the detailed research of several key technologies of thebusiness process optimization of centralized control hydropower stations includingprocess analysis and optimization methods, the combined application of knowledgemanagement, Total Productive Maintenance and process optimization, and thesustainable improvements of business process optimization.⑤Introduced the application of the business process optimization system in JZGcentralized control hydropower stations. The application result shows that the systemhas remarkable effect to improve management level, and ensure the safety, reliabilityand economy of the operation, then initially verify the correctness and feasibility of thethesis.
