With the improvement of the rail transit, its internal transfer volume will greatlyincrease, and make competition with traditional bus passenger flow, so it is necessary torealize the transfer coordination of rail transit and conventional buses. Optimizing thetransfer of rail transit is a largely system engineering, in order to guarantee theintegration development of public transportation, we must be from the overallproposition in mind to comprehensively analyze any links of the system.Firstly, this paper builds rail transit transfer system after summarizing the researchstatus. Since then this article applies the transfer coordination theory to analyzecoordination of trains and to analyze coordination between rail transportation andconventional public traffic.Secondly, this paper analyzes the pros and cons by using the concept of rail transitnetwork convenience. At the same time, this paper builds the optimization model whichfinds the right departure time of the train. In the paper, the author presents simple methodof calculation. And then, the author studies the transfer coordination of rail transit andconventional buses. This paper describes the traveler’s physiological characteristics, andit concludes the indirect attractive scope of rail transit which is3.11km according totraveler physiological load and travel duration time of recovery time:5minutes. Thenthis paper builds traffic mode choice model according to Prospect Theory. Because oflacking practical data, this model is of theoretical. The model needs to verify itsusefulness in future studies. At the same time, this paper researches the impact of travelpsychology after analyzing travelers’psychological process. Through the above analysis,making transfer process economy consumption as the objective function, the authorbuilds optimization model to find the optimized surplus time of transfer, and the authorfocuses on the transfer waiting time from conventional bus to rail transit.Finally, based on the understood of the Chongqing public transport developmentstatus, the author analyzes the transfer convenience of rail transit network and studiesthe transfer hubs of metro line1using established model, and the author gives theoptimized schedule. The results show that the model does reduce the average transferwaiting time. At last, according to the research of rail transportation transfer, the authorprovides the proposal to promote the integrated development of public transport.
