The subway plays a significant role in relieving urban traffic pressure, at presentmany big cities in our country have the subway, or in the process of building. Thesubway traffic construction has become an important project in infrastructure of China.The subway tunnel is affected by a lot of factors in the construction process, suchas geological conditions, groundwater, ground building development and tunnel ownload capacity. These factors will make the tunnel settlement or deviation, and for thosesections which deformations are very serious or the locations need a high deformationmonitoring, if not given an automatic, continuous, long-term deformation monitoring, itwill be hard to find the danger timely, so eventually cause serious threaten to the tunnelsafety. There are a variety of ways to achieve real-time and automatic deformationmonitoring in subway tunnel construction, in this paper uses Georobot and its automaticand intelligent characteristics to research. Make automatic deformation monitoringbecome an importance safety measures in the subway tunnel construction, has a strongtheoretical value and practical meaning, also is the purpose of this paper.In this paper, using TM30Georobot as the monitoring instrument, and Visual Basicas programming environment, at the time, with the help of the second developmentplatform interface technology GeoCOM, to complete the automatic deformationmonitoring work by controlling Georobot online in the subway tunnel underconstruction process. The studies as follows.(1)TM30Georobot on line controls technology, GeoCOM interface technology.(2)Establishment of the SQL Sever database for subway tunnel monitoring.(3)Implementation of tunnel automatic deformation monitoring data acquisitionsystem.(4)The use of optical fiber and network communication technology to transportdeformation monitoring datas remotely.(5)Uses differential processing and wavelet denoising analysis to processdeformation monitoring datas.(6) Automated warning and reporting technology of monitoring data.Through the subway tunnel project monitoring instances shows that the paperachieves the expected goal by realizing automatic data collection by Georobot,processing errors intelligently during the acquisition, transporting deformation monitoring datas remotely, storing and analyzing data automatically and outputtingresults diversified and other functions.
