With the rapid development of China's economy,people's demand for rapid and convenient urban transportation is increasing,and urban subway transportation with large transportation volume,fast and punctual has also become one of the hot spots and key points of national infrastructure construction.In the subway tunnel deformation monitoring,continuous,long-term,automatic deformation monitoring is required for the sections with high monitoring conditions,and the commonly used deformation monitoring methods cannot meet the needs of real-time monitoring.Therefore,this article aims to study the measurement robot in Appl,ication in automatic deformation monitoring of subway tunnels.In this paper,the application of survey robot in automatic deformation monitoring of subway tunnel is introduced in detail from the following four aspects,taking the protection and monitoring project of line 2 adjacent to the Shijicheng safety ecological belt(Yanjiang landscape belt)in Hangzhou as an example.This article focuses on the safety issues of subways during construction and operation.Taking the protection and monitoring project of Hangzhou Qianjiang Century City Safety Ecological Belt(the riverside landscape belt)adjacent to Metro Line 2 as an example,this paper introduces the measurement robots in the automatic deformation monitoring of subway tunnel application.The main research work and conclusions are as follows:(1)The automatic monitoring system for measuring robots is introduced in detail from the four aspects of instrumentation and installation methods,monitoring system software,monitoring principles,and information monitoring and data processing processes.The use of automated monitoring system software has improved the monitoring efficiency and solved the subway tunnel.The problem of real-time monitoring in the process of deformation monitoring.(2)Realize the visualization function of monitoring results.Real-time generation statistics table of cumulative changes and changes rate of subway tunnel monitoring points,distribution map of cumulative changes of subway tunnel monitoring projects with mileage and graphs of cumulative changes of subway tunnel maximum points with time,visually display the monitoring results in the form of graphs.The readability is significantly enhanced.(3)It is proposed to analyze the monitoring results from the four aspects of track bed settlement monitoring,track bed differential settlement monitoring,track bed horizontal displacement monitoring and tunnel convergence monitoring during the entire monitoring period and the last 100 days of the monitoring period,and conduct curvature radius calculation and monitoring results.It is further verified that the measurement robot can be applied to the automatic deformation monitoring of subway tunnels,which lays the foundation for the future universal application of the measurement robot in engineering deformation monitoring.(4)The manual review of the track bed settlement monitoring results and the track bed differential settlement monitoring results are carried out separately,and a summary of the manual review monitoring results is made.When the monitoring data reaches the pre-warning value,the relevant departments should be notified to encrypt the monitoring points at the first time,and the monitoring points should be manually reviewed to check the stability of the measurement sites,reference points,and monitoring points.(5)Comparing the results of the automated monitoring of the measuring robot with the results of the operational monitoring and the status quo survey,affirming the reliability of the automated monitoring results of the measuring robot,verifying the reliability of the measuring robot's deformation monitoring,and promoting the application of the automatic monitoring of the measuring robot in the future of subway tunnel deformation monitoring.The example of the protection monitoring project of the nearby Metro Line 2 in the Qianjiang Century City Safety Ecological Belt(Riverside Landscape Belt)of Hangzhou shows that this research has realized the functions of automatic data collection by measuring robots,intelligent processing of data,real-time transmission of data,and timely generation of reports.Visualization of the monitoring results has been achieved,the expected goal has been achieved,and the goal of automatic deformation monitoring of the measurement robot in the subway tunnel has been achieved.
