At present our country many cities have the subway, the subway in alleviating urban traffic stress plays a major role. A subway tunnel under construction or completed, due to many factors such as geological conditions, the ground buildings development lead to the deviation of settlement of tunnel structure and deformation. If you can’t carry on the automatic, continuous, long-term deformation monitoring, it is hard to find in time, will poses a serious threat to the tunnel safety.Based on the analysis on the basis of metro tunnel deformation monitoring technology, by learning and absorbing domestic and foreign advanced automatic monitoring system of metro tunnel design concepts and technology, has been clear about the automatic monitoring system of metro tunnel construction objectives, analyzes the specific functional requirements, system to complete the system’s overall framework and the function of the detailed design. Using object-oriented programming language Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft SQL Server database for system development., depending on the type of system involves data table structure of data in detail the design and implementation of the connection between the system and database. Focus on metro tunnel automation monitoring system key technology are studied and discussed, including GeoCOM interface technology, multiple difference correction technology and remote data communication technology. Finally, the design of the subway tunnel related functions to realize automatic monitoring system, and combined with the actual subway tunnel deformation monitoring project testing system.In the process of system design, based on the GeoCOM interface technology for measuring robot for secondary development, by calling the GeoCOM function in functions, implementation system and measuring robot remote connections, instrument specific configuration parameters and the corresponding measurement functions; In data processing, according to the monitoring data of error source, further study of the multiple real-time difference correction technology, to eliminate or weaken the error brought by meteorological factors, greatly improve the accuracy of monitor system; Thoroughly discusses two remote wired and wireless communication technology, through comparative analysis, system USES GPRS modem remote data exchange in the form of wireless network monitoring system is implemented highly automated and intelligent design goal.At last, an application instance shows that the system can be efficient, accurate and real-time automatic unattended tunnel deformation monitoring task, and achieved good monitoring effect, achieving the target of system to the original design. The long observation period, the observation conditions and strong repeatability for deformation monitoring project has important practical significance.
