Electro-hydraulic servo valve is a key component in the electro-hydraulic servo control system, its good characteristics has great significance to ensure the electro-hydraulic servo system’s accurate, fast, stable work. This paper, on the basis of original electric-hydraulic servo valve characteristics test-bed in the northeast university hydraulics and pneumatics laboratory, acquire optimization design the principle and hardware of test-bed. Through the introduction of hydraulic CAT technology, let the only test of the dynamic characteristics of the servo valve test-bed upgrade to be the test-bed having dynamic characteristics test and static characteristics test. Improve the test bench test function.This paper’s main contents are:(1) To electric-hydraulic servo valve dynamic and static performance analysis, as well as to the laboratory original SY02electric-hydraulic servo valve performance test the thorough analysis, make full use of existing laboratory resources. Through introduction of proportion throttle valve, realize the load stress characteristics tests to be automatic loading; Using the oil cooler instead of water cooler, improve the accuracy of the oil temperature control, reducing the oil temperature changes brought about by the testing error; Through the re-design the fuel tank, set flow block etc. to optimize the design of test the hydraulic system, making test bench with servo valve static-dynamic performance test hardware foundation.(2) Under the test program, make CAT system hardware and rational selection of components (IPC, data acquisition card, sensors, PLC, etc).And according to the device environmental, design the electric equipment such as electric control cabinet work station.Utilizing the grounding technology and shielding technology to achieve the testing system of anti-interference design.(3) Upper-PC uses LabVIEW virtual instrument platform to be realized, and the lower-SCM adopts SIEMENS S7-200series PLC. Through the OPC technology and DataSocket technology to achieve the PC and PLC real-time communication. PLC as the core of the control system to realize the logic control of test system. LabVIEW modular test program designed to automatically achieve the function of the excitation signal to produce output and the experimental data acquisition, processing, preservation, and curve output. By combination of LabVIEW and the PLC characteristics, playing to their strengths, developing a powerful, highly efficient and reliable and a good man-machine interface test system.After the Successful building of the hydraulic system of the test-bed, by debugging and analysing the hydraulic system, prove the hydraulic system meet the tests require proof; Simulation analysis of the test program showed that the test procedures meet the servo valve dynamic and static characteristics of the testing requirements and prove the feasibility of the above design.
