For agricultural dump truck lifting bodies deformation phenomenon occurs whenthe overload uninstall research, Guangxi, a factory triangular arm modular dump trucklifting mechanism, the establishment of a virtual prototype model of the dump truck,considering the impact of agricultural white unloading overloaded uninstall liftingmechanism deformation of the main factors, the lifting mechanism of the dump trucksimulation, finite element analysis and testing, to identify the dump truck liftingmechanism of the most prone to deformation and overload uninstall critical value. Usefulto try and explore the application of virtual prototyping technology in the agriculturalvehicle design.In this paper, in-depth analysis of the dump truck lifting mechanism, combined withthe structural characteristics of the triangular arm combined agricultural dump trucklifting mechanism, and its half load, full load, overload the dump truck lifting mechanismdeformation factors were analyzed. By using CAE method, the lifting body as a wholeand related components were related to finite element analysis and motion simulation andexperimental study, the main contents are as follows:(1) Research of the major domestic and foreign universities and research institutionson the lifting mechanism, summarizes some of the basic methods used in the design ofthe lifting mechanism, the structural parameters of the dump truck, the establishment of aprototype model of the virtual prototype.(2) The use of the environment and working conditions of the dump truck liftingmechanism to half load, full load, overload the dump truck lifting mechanism simulationand finite element analysis.(3) Organizations kinematics simulation and finite element analysis the results ofthe test layout and test data processing. Parametric design and optimization of the liftingmechanism.(4) Decreased by36.35%than before, the beginning of the lifting force decreasedby41.78%through optimization of the location of the lifting mechanism, the maximumlifting force of the hydraulic cylinder. The force of the various components of the liftingmechanism is also decreased, effective solution to the problem of the agricultural vehiclelifting mechanism of deformation.
