With the rise development of the CAD technical’s level, virtual prototype technology is more and more applied to the auto industry and design, virtual prototype technology can not only greatly make mechanical product design and development process simplified, but also can greatly shorten the development cycle, greatly reducing the product’s expenses and cost, and obviously improve the product quality, improve product’s system performance, and gain optimization and innovation of product design.Domestic for virtual prototype in dump of lifting mechanism design has just started, still at the primary stage, many domestic manufacturer also relying too much on experience design, lack of innovation, but also lack of science for the reliability of products.First of all, the paper on the various forms of lifting mechanism and its structure and working principle of it.Then use Solidworks2010to make the modeling of lifting mechanism of the virtual prototype, and use its own seamless COSMOSMotion plugin for the lifting mechanism kinematic characteristics are analyzed, get the key part of the parameters, accurately mastering the institutions of the motion characteristics. At the same time, make some dynamics analysis, and get the key parts of the related model. Finally, using the software without the finite element analysis COSMOS Works module of lifting mechanism of key parts of the stress and strain analysis can be intuitive observation stress deformation and stress parts of the size distribution, can be very intuitive to key parts of the stress intensity stiffness checking. Combined with finite element method, Sanjiaoban to the structure optimization.
