Fabricating The Green Housing

As the increasing consumption of resources ,the housing constructs need a way to fast and efficient and energy-saving construction methods urgently,undoubtedly,industrialization is the best choice.This treatise illustrate the CSI housing system (China-Skeleton-Infill Housing System), and primarily discusses the residential structure systems and analysis the structure systems match for the China’s Hot actual conditions. And on that basis, Comprehensive analysis of building component system which a big portion of the CSI system, to find the reasons for restricting the development of building component system and put forward the propose solutions. Finally, under the guidance of the CSI housing system to integrate the divided technical systems.In chapter 1, the paper introduces the backgrounds of this research, mainly expounds the present situation of the construction of the house and housing industrialization in need of development of urgency.In chapter 2, mainly from the development of the residential industrialization process of the United States and Japan to find the follow experience which can use in the development of the Chinese residential industrialization. The third chapter, the core part of this paper, discusses two residential structure systems widely used recently,the precast concrete structure system and the steel structure system .Based on the comprehensive research and analysis of the two systems put forward the composite steel and concrete structure which consider the economy and the sustainability factors is suitable for the current social environment.In overcoming the economic restrictions and structural deficiency of steel structure system,it is a more conducive environment for sustainable development and energy-efficient structural system.And this paper propose the view of the diversified development model for current housing structure system in CHINA,based on the steel structure and the precast concrete structure system be researched deeply and the mature system there can achieve the residential industrialization.In chapter 4, the CIS system which mentioned previously is described in detail. This chapter based on the research of the housing industrialization structure system, mainly researches the problem of the building component system and the application of the new technologies in the house,summary all departments of the CSI housing system and integrate all the technology systems under the conduct of the CIS system ,finally find the right residential industrialization system.The last chapter overview all issues and make the conclusion.
