The automotive producted machinery equipment of rust removal Steel Brush, is a automatical machinery epuipment, specially used for the production of rust removoal steel brush. it plays an important role in the design and development of the automatical processing equipment of rust removal steel brush..The Automatic level of mechanical Equipment has a great effect on the economic benefits of a enterprise and the labor-saving..a special-used machinery producting equipment with a automatic-high degree, not only can improve the efficiency but also can effectively enhance the rust romovaling function of the steel brush.This article focuses on the structure design and dynamic analysis of each functional module of automotive producting equipment of rust removal steel br rust.(1) The analysis of the working principle of existing machinery processing equipment of rust removal steel brust.then,analyse and seperate it between the two entire structure design.furtherly,study on the equipment’s wholly dynamic transmitting route and each driving mode of each actuator, and then,the scheme of wholly structure design of this paper and dynamic transmitting mode of each actuator has been definited.the systematic structure are discussed. On the basis of the original machine,its’ press-mode is improved,the locking module is added, the fastening module and the cutting module of the afterbody are both too. Hence,the completlly automatic of different models rust removal steel bust is realized, only need change the stamping tool. Finally, according to the requirements of each actuator’s movement, cycle diagram of the mechanical motion is made. Due to the complex of the processing technology of the brush and amount of the implemental mechanism and inorder to make the analysis and design more clear, this article use function module as units.(2) Set up their main parts model by a unit which consist of each function module-including a grooved pulley mechanism and the design of cam mechanism-using software-Pro/Enginering. The design of the cam is usded by parametric design, firstly, obtaining the contour curve of the cam of each parameter by the method of analytic geometry, and then designing the virtual model with the parametric designed method, which can make the parametric regenerated, it is beneficial to modify the contour-curve. Similarly,assemble the spare parts by a unit-including function module-by Virtual assembly technology,to prove the designed size of each spare part is reasonable.(3) Set up the digital prototype of each function module, add the material properties, driving property, and constraint attribute, build the virtual prototype of each function module and carry on emulated motion, and prove that there is no interference among the spare parts., the contour curve of cam design is reasonable, not self-locking, perform pieces can complete cycle action according to designed repquirements of the mechanical motion cycle diagram. At the same time, do boosting performance analysis on the locking module power linkage,on condition that the input torque is established, the locking mechanism can output enough punching pressure on the purpose that the workpiece can completely be locked. At last, assemble the whole of equipment model, mechanical motion cycle diagram as the basis, set for the relative position of drive member of each function module, do a whole movement-simulation, validate that each module can complete producting action of the rust-removal steel brust cooperatly.
