| With the rapid development of social economy in our country, the demand of putting outfire in interior large space is higher and higher. The existing interior fire extinguishingequipments have been unable to meet the requires, however, sprinkling fire extinguishingsystem used in interior large space can quickly and efficiently put out fire, contain fire ininfancy and prevent it from spreading, therefore, it will play an important role in fireextinguishing of interior large space. Sprinkling fire extinguishing system which has thefunction of auto-targeting could actively monitor, scan, locate, put out the fire andautomatically voice alarm in interior large space which has many people or kinds of items, sothe personnel and property is assured. At present, the development of sprinkling fireextinguishing system of interior large space is in the stage that reference and imitating foreignproducts. Compared with foreign countries, design specifications are not perfect and designmethod is relatively backward, the cost and cycle of trial-produce are higher and longer. Theperformance of sprinkling fire extinguishing system is relatively insufficient and behind thesocio-economic development in the very great degree. So it is important to research intoauto-targeting fire extinguishing system of interior large space.The main contents of each chapter are summarized as follows:In chapter1, the research status and significance of the thesis are introduced, and theclassification and characteristics of interior large space building are introduced. The keytechnology research current situation and tendency of sprinkling fire extinguishing system inindoor large space at home and aboard also are introduced. Finally, research content and thetechnical plan have been put forward.In chapter2, an sprinkling fire extinguishing system of interior large space which has thefunction of auto-targeting based on the flame sensor has been designed, include horizontaltransmission mechanism design, pitching transmission mechanism design and so on.3dmodels have been established and virtually assembled by using Pro/E software.In chapter3, According to the function requirements of sprinkling fire extinguishingsystem of interior large space, the design scheme of control hardware circuits has been putforward. The control circuits such as power circuit, minimum system of MCU, driving circuitof sensor, voice alarm circuit, and serial communication circuit have also been modulardesigned by using Protel99software.In chapter4, the control procedures have been wrote by microcontroller C language andassembly language, for instant the main program, the stepper motor reset program, the scanning and positioning program of Horizontal and pitching, the voice alarm program,manual remote keyboard program.In chapter5, the water flow trajectory model of sprinkling fire extinguishing system ofinterior large space has been established; the relationship between flow range and pitchingangle has also been deduced. Using Simulink module in Matlab to simulate the trajectory andanalysis how the work stress, the pitching angle and the installation height affect the flowrange and land speed.In chapter6, according to the flow trajectory equation, the method adjusted pitchingangle and optimized programs has been proposed. Both hardware and software have also beendebugged to identify whether the sprinkling fire extinguishing system of interior large spacehas reached the requirements.In chapter7, the whole research workings have been summarized; the further researchworkings and directions have also been prospected. |
