Development and utilization of renewable clean energy is one of the effective waysof HVAC to redece energy consumption. Use the sea water and sewage-source toconstitute an system and union with energy conservation of heat pump to heating orcooling can not only make the system more safe but also can receive better energysaving effect than monophyletic system.Promote the use of dual source system can comply with the national enengy policyand the central scientific development. Be supported by the project “research of thesea-sewage heat pump system”(JK07-18) of Qingdao construction committee, thedemonstration project of michael island featuring residential area is approved by theministry of construction and ministry of finance, it also through the examination of“renewable energy in building application demonstration project”. Based on the project,this article will resaerch the related issues of sea-sewage water heat pump system. Theresearch results are as follows:Firstly, use the software: DeST to get the all-year hourly air conditioning load ofthe project, master the change rule and characteristics of the building annual load, at thesame time provide the foundation data for dynamic analysis system.Secondly, have a test in heating condition in the michael island featuringresidential area, during the test the COP of the heat pump units reach to6.0, the COP ofthe system reach to4.0. Compare the test data and the simulate result of the DeST, therelative error within10%which proves the correctness of the model. The powerconsumption of the water pump occupy30%of the power consumption of the system.Reaearch on the potential of energy saving of variable frequency pump, when use thefrequency conversion technology the pump power saving rate can reach to55.1%year-round.Thirdly, based on the simulate result of the DeST, use frequency conversion controlto the water pump; simulate and analysis the dynamic operation performance coefficientof the sea-sewage water heat pump system in heating and cooling condions; then from primary energy angle, using basic priciple of thermodynamic analysis the exergy of thesystem,get the exergy efficiency model of the sea-sewage water heat pump system; atlast, from the angle of energy consumption, analysis the annual dynamic operationconsumption of the sea-sewage water heat pump system. Through the above analysis, tohigher COP of the system, higher exergy and lower operation energy as the goal,matching reserch and optimizing the actual operation parameters about the sea-sewagewater heat pump system. Put forward the energy control strategy that the dynamicoperation switch of the sea-sewage water heat pump system in heating and coolingconditions.Finally, use system cost, annual cost value as economic indicators to analysis theeconomic of the sea-sewage water heat pump system and compare the economic withnetwork+electrical refrigeration system in order to explore the economic benefits ofthe system.
