With the growing economic level of China,the demand for energy is also growing.The rapid growing pace of energy consumption is significaptly more than the growth rate of the national economy,in which the proportion of coal consumption is about 73%.If there are no measuers taken,the issus of energy security will get worse.A lot of fossil energy is used with low efficiency,which makes the harmful gas components such as carbon dioxide,sulfur dioxide,nitrogen oxides overproof.With the acceleration of urbanization,the proportion of the total buiding energy consumption accounted for a growing community.Most of the energy consumption of building energy consumption is air conditioning heating and air conditioning cooling.The energy-efficient HVAC industry is not limited to energy-saving equipment problems,but to achieve greater energy efficiency and develop the new energy sources.China seeks to develop the high utilization,low consumption and low emission energy policy.The urban sewage is both energy-efficient and environmentally friendly non-fossil energy sources.It is the unreansonable distribution of energy which can be adjusted to some extent.Sewage-source heat pump technology consumes small amounts of high-grade energy,which can extract the low-grade heat from the water.In this process,there is no buring and smoke emission,no producing harmful gas and no explosive gases;sewage-source heat pump system is a highly efficient,energy-saving,environmental protection and renewable clean energy technologies.Water storage technology is to use the low power consumption of a small amount of primary energy to get the cold and the heat which can be stored in the daytime.Then in the peak period,the cold and the heat will be released.Water storage technology can play a peak load shifting and relieve pressure on the grid.In this paper,sewage-source heat pump technology combined with water storage technology,not only to meet the energy saving requirements,but also to take the advantage of the water energy storage technology unit operating cost savings.This paper introduces the basic concepts of sewage-source heat pump and the classification of the water energy storage technologies.When a building is calculated by combining the building’s cooling load and the heat load hourly;It meets the supply needs of the sewage treatment plant when it is calculating the minimum water flow;It calculates the winter and summer heat storage and cold storage;It described four operation modes of the sewage-source heat pump+water storage system which are the cooling unit alone,separate heating unit,the unit combined cooling,heating unit combined;It analyzed the four load distribution of the sewage–source heat pump+water-storage system at 100%,75%,50%,25%load.Primaliy,it chosed three programs which were the source of sewage-source heat pump + water storage,sewage-water heat pump,and the water chiller+gas boiler;It completed initial investment and the estimated budget for electricity of the three programs.Exergy efficiency for the three programs were analyzed and calculated.Finally,it completed the static payback period,dynamic payback period,introduce the concept of net present value,the present value of the costs and expenses in value and internal rate of return and related calculations of the three programs.Through the analysis of the Sewage-source heat pump+Water storage system,sewage-source heat pump,Water chiller+gas boilers about the economic analysis and exergy efficiency,it derives that the sewage-source heat pumo+Water storage system is more advantaged.
