Study Of Hazard Control In Oil Terminal Of Dalian Port

It is the important foundation and key for build safety management system to manage and control the hazard,which also is significant for safety management.The business of port oil has been developing steadily,but safety accidents have always occurred and people are hurt directly.Therefore,it is of great importance for identifying the oil terminal hazards and controlling it effectively to promote long-term development of enterprises.But the related research was few,it is necessary to carry out relevant research.On the background of oil terminals in Dalian port,this paper analyzed the main loading and unloading process and equipment of oil terminals of Dalian port,and evaluated the product development pointing out the necessity of this study.Using fault tree analysis method,relevant identification model of oil terminal is set up for analyzing personnel factor,management factor,oil depot,pipeline and the port-tanker subsystems.At the same time,the security situation of Dalian port oil terminal was also analyzed with the AHP fuzzy comprehensive method.Moreover,LEC evaluation method was used for evaluating in view of the specific hazards.On the analysis of port enterprises of emergency situation,the emergency plans rescue and emergency measures for the hazards were analyzed for Dalian port and the specific plans for Dalian oil terminal was also pointed out.Through the real accident case analysis,the relevant control measures should be taken.
