The sliding isolation structure as an effective, economic and feasible isolationtechnology has much attention, domestic and foreign scholars also did some researchesand applications, but there are still some problems not to obtain the very good solve,especially the of the sliding isolation device, slip control and limit method, etc.Therefore, this paper primarily did the following research works:(1) This paper introduced the harmfulness to human society of seismic disasters,analyzed the development and existing problems of project structure from seismictechnology to isolation technology, emphasizes on development trends of the slidingisolation technology, Working Principle and structure of the sliding isolation device,classification and characteristics of the sliding isolation technology, put forward sometheory and technical problems need to be solved when doing research and applicationon the sliding isolation technology.(2)Used new solid friction-sliding materials provided by Lanzhou Institute ofChemical Physics, namely mos2solid lubricant as coating material, design andproduced a new friction-sliding isolation device, and used the entity mild steel bar as thecaging device, put forward a can isolation and can energy dissipation new separationtype sliding isolation system, discussed the working principle and the correspondingoptimization design Method.(3)Used the MTS electro-hydraulic servo test system, did the slip behavior test ofnew sliding isolation device which this paper put forward, established frictionalrecovery force model of sliding isolation device, analyzed Limit and energy dissipationperformance of the U-shaped steel plate and mild entity steel bar, puts forward design andapplication method of the new separation type sliding isolation system. (4) Use three particle system, studied the seismic responses analysis method of thebasic sliding isolation structure and story sliding isolation structure when have slip andwithout sliding, then its application to n particle system of the basic sliding isolationstructure and story sliding isolation structure, make sure the judgment criterion ofsliding and no sliding, gave the calculation method of isolation structure dampingmatrix and the main calculation steps of Newmark-β numerical integration method.(5)Used one six floors frame structure of xi’an which using the sliding isolationtechnology this paper put forward as calculation model, used the SAP2000finiteelement analysis software, analyzed the frame structure’s seismic responses of theSeismic Structure and the sliding isolation structure, analyzed the sliding isolationstructure damping effect, from the structure acceleration response, displacementsreaction, interlayer shear reaction, discusses the effect of the earthquake intensity,friction isolation device performance, the caging device performance and quantity,isolation layer position setting to isolated structure damping effect.The results of the study show that, the friction coefficient of mos2solid lubricant issmall, friction performance of mos2solid lubricant is stable, working performance ofthe sliding isolation device which used mos2solid lubricant and the entity mild steel barused as the caging device were well, their structure and mechanical calculation modelare simple, the proposed new sliding isolation technology in this paper performance isreliable, the combination is convenient, easy to application.The results also indicate that, the seismic response analysis method of the basicsliding isolation structure and story sliding isolation structure and the correspondingjudgment criterion’s concept were clear and had simple calculation. the six floors framestructure used the sliding isolation technology’s analysis results were reliable, theimplementation scheme was feasible, damping effect was clear, and the results can berefer to practice use.
