In a situation of the market increasingly competitive and the social environment tobecome more complex and changeable, the reliability of the integrated process ofproduction system is always the important issues of concern for management personnel.However, compared with the mature production safety systems theory related to theintegrated process of production system, although there are numerous studies, but theyare all not very perfect, the reliability evaluation of the integrated process of productionsystem is facing the practical problem of the evaluation process is difficult to quantify.Based on the above background, this paper set the reliability of the integratedprocess of production system as the study object, for many of the actual situation of theaffect system reliability factors, designs the integrated process production systemreliability evaluation index system on the basis of building a model of integratedprocess production system, and builds the Matter-Element evaluation model of theintegrated process production system reliability. Used the evaluation method combinedboth the matter-element analysis and analytic hierarchy process, and evaluates theintegrated process of production system reliability.Research work is demonstrated as follows:First of all, this paper systematically studies the current theories of the integratedprocess of production system domestic and international, after describing the subjectsources, expounded the thesis purpose, significance and main contents, then put forwardthe ideas and methods of this study.Next, this paper analyses the basic theoretical knowledge of reliability andmatter-element analysis. This provided theoretical support for the follow-up study of theintegrated process of production system reliability.Thirdly, the paper combines the characteristics of the integrated process ofproduction system, constructs the Double production unit system model and networksystem model of the integrated process of production system, and designs the reliabilityevaluation index system of the integrated process of production system.Then, this paper combines the matter-element analysis and the analytic hierarchyprocess, builds the Matter-Element evaluation model of the integrated processproduction system reliability.Finally, applied the above research results into a large integrated process of production system reliability evaluation in Chongqing, and verify the effectiveness andfeasibility of the matter element analysis in the integrated process of production systemreliability evaluation.
