Study On Modular Configuration Method And Key Techniques Of Refueling Vehicle

Product configuration is the core of the customized production. Researching itstheory and realization method has the important practical significance. Combining withthe project requirement and modular design method, this paper researches the modularconfiguration technology of the customized production, including of customerrequirement model, modular product family configuration model, constraint model. Onthis basis, this paper plans modular configuration model, studies the productconfiguration similarity retrieval, constraint solving and optimization technology.Finally, the achievements are applied to the tanker vehicle product configuration designprocess, verify the research result’s scientific and effectiveness.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly, the paper introduces the research background, research status, researchsignificance and the main content, analyses the existing problems of Productconfiguration design, and presents the main research content and organizationalframework.Secondly, the paper researches modular configuration method, expounds thecustomer requirement model, modular product family model and the constraintexpression of configuration. Through the analysis of the demand of customer schedule,defines customer requirement model with the structure matrix description. Build up themodular product family model with introducing the module and modular concept to thecreation of product structure. Express configuration process involving multipleconfiguration constraint and establish the constraint network model. On the basis ofCustomer demand model, modular product family configuration model and constraintinformation, this paper establishes modular configuration model and configurationprocess.Thirdly, this paper studies key technology of the module configuration, includingthe mechanism about the customer needs mapping to product function structure model,configuration examples of matching retrieval and module instance retrieval based on thesimilarity, the solving of the constraint network configuration model and the multipleobjective optimization of configurationFinally, this paper makes the development planning for modular configurationsystem. Analyses the system demand model, establishes the system architecture, designs configuration system function, describes system development from system developingplatform, development process and database design aspects. Combined with engineeringproject implementation, develops product modularization configuration system as atanker vehicle for the application of the product object, verify the research result’sscientific and effectiveness.
