| Airplane assembly is an important link in the product life cycle, which is closely related to the products performance, quality and other factors. At present, the airplane assembly process design mostly used 2d drawings for the basis, but the effect is poor. If the visualization methods is used by three-dimensional model, it will be imaged and intuitively said that it was easy to understand. Therefore, it is largely significance for studying 3d visualization assembly process simulation system.The paper established visualization assembly simulation platform by combining with engineering application. With a certain type of aircraft door as an example, I have finished its visual display based on the digital model, the assembly simulation, the basis of interference. The main job is as following:Firstly, it is based on a deep research on digital assembly technology and the research at home and abroad situation. Then it is concluded that the domestic discussed in the engineering practice, especially the deficiencies in the assembly simulation of visualization. After all of this, I expounded the purpose of the research, the meaning and content.Secondly, the key technologies (including model lightweight technology, product structure tree and craft structure tree dynamic management technology) is advanced at the background of facing the engineering application, in-depth understanding of visualization assembly simulation technology system, and according to the system structure problems in practical application.Then, the paper built the visualization assembly simulation system platform, including its hardware, software design. The feasibility of visualization assembly simulation system platform is validated by some practical examples.Finally, some useful conclusions is advanced by the full summarized, and puts forward the direction of further research work. Some measures are brought forward for the building of visual platform and function modules, which are based on the basis of comparative analysis. It also has some certain reference value for the whole system development. |
