Research And Implementation Of Key Technologies On Diesel Engine Assembly Process Visualization

From the proposition of visualization technology to now, its affect already has pass through all the aspects of our life. In Medicine, Biology, Geological and Exploratory Science, Aeronautical and Astronautical Science and so on, many practical problems have been solved because of wide application of visualization technology.Assembly technology visualization and teaching visualization are one of research directions about visualization technology. Assembly technology visualization will be of advantage to make technologists and operation workers understood assembly process, which can visually display assembly regulations' contents by means of assembly animation. Teaching visualization will be of advantage to make students study and recall, which provides more concrete and visual information in the non-verbal form. Education will great more widely popularize in the world, and the teaching quality will be greatly improved.Taking vehicle 4102B-type engine as the studying object and using visualization and digital technology, this thesis is to re-edit assembly animation of engine, which implement assembly process three-dimensional visualization, and develop multimedia, which visualize teaching. The main work is illustrated in the following aspects:1. Introduce the development situation of assembly technology and the connotation and function of virtual assembly. Analyze and summarize the development situation about virtual assembly at home and abroad at present.2. On the basis of analyzing system requirement, propose design target of assembly process three-dimensional visualization system, determine design principles and process, general structure and development platform.3. Some Key technologies about diesel engine assembly process three-dimensional visualization were mainly studied, that is assembly modeling, assembly process planning technology, data conversion between CAD systems, and editor of assembly animation on later stage. At the end, give their relevant solution.4. Diesel engine assembly process three-dimensional visualization system was developed by Authorware that is development tools of multimedia.
