| This paper combines"the design of live visual assembly simulation platform"project and based on the application of the actual digital assembly simulation, studying the realization of two key technology which are "the creation technology of database in visualization system" and" the dynamic correlation technology of the product structure tree and process structure tree ", then demonstrats the creation of the live visual assembly simulation system systemly.We introduced the development status of the digital technology’s application in domestic and overseas modern manufacturing industry, introduce new technical difficulties combining with the actual needs of modern aircraft manufacturing companies. As the assembly is an important part of the production cycle to modern manufacturing, especially aircraft industry products, therefore, developing the assembly simulation technology is compelling. To illustrate the three-dimensional digital assembly simulation techniques, we introduced the realization of the simulation process with DELMIA and added the man-machine engineering simulation. During the simulation, the theory of interference and collision check, checking form and method of assembly process planning were introduced.In assembly simulation, process tree is needed to be created, so here is a brief introduction of the joining method from the product structure tree to the structure process tree. For addition, there is an advanced introduction in how to create the simulation database.Live field visual assembly system business model describes all the visual manufacturing ideas, it can predict the product performance without creating physical prototypes. In this way, manufacturing cost is saved, product development cycles is shorten too. The system exploit product by the form of software simulating and based on Intranet or Internet enterprise management mode, which made the entire manufacturing activities with a high degree of parallelism. Here, we mainly analysis and study the visual system’s two key technique, the methods and technical means to solve the technical problems were raised. Any more, this methods used here is more innovational compared with other operating system managements. |
