For more complex buildings,the construction of integrated pipeline in the construction of the situation often occur.The traditional two-dimensional design method has simple and efficient superiority in the simple construction project of the flat surface and the spatial position,but it is difficult to express the spatial geometric position relation of the complex system and complex form.BIM is not only a technical tool for the three-dimensional performance of the building.In terms of integrated pipeline design,BIM can carry out efficient and coordinated design among the various professions and discover the collision problems of architecture,structure,plumbing and electrical,reducing the design changes in the construction process,in order to reduce project costs.Firstly,the creation of research-based Autodesk Revit BIM model for collision detection of key technologies,proposed modeling scheme,model-checking and maintaining the quality of methods and update with design changes to ensure to create a high-quality BIM models as the basis for collision detection;then,the application of research-based Autodesk Navisworks BIM in integrated collision checking in the pipeline,given the professional integration of BIM model to determine the type of collision detection and collision rules and the results of analysis of the key points,and by compared with the traditional collision detection work,the application of BIM has improved the efficiency and found that many problems can not be found in the two-dimensional mode,but there are still many short-comings in the manual inspection of collision points and optimization design.Then,VR technology is introduced into collision check,the choice of DVS3 D as a virtual reality platform,gives the BIM + DVS3 D method of operation,we analyze the three DVS3 D value collision checking work: the use of multiple participants improve inspection efficiency by invasion-style interactive optimization of integrated pipeline space layout,simulation and optimization using the integrated construction line construction problem of insufficient space;Finally,the proposed method is applied to an actual project,the authentication method mentioned in this paper,verified using BIM and VR technology combined effect.
