Temporary Speed Restriction Server (TSRS) is one of the most important devices in train control system of Passenger Dedicated Lines. TSRS does not only verify the effectiveness of the TSR information from Centralized Traffic Control (CTC), neighbor TSRS, and TCC at border transfer stations, but also has the functions of storing, deleting, splitting, setting and revoking TSR orders.Temporary Speed Restriction Server Maintenance Terminal (TSRM) is the most important part of TSRS system. Serving as the maintenance terminal of TSRS system, based on the data input by TSRS and maintainers, the TSRM describes the networking status, station status, TSR order status by means of graphical interface and forms, in order to monitor the connection, input and output data between TSRS system and its external devices.This thesis uses the Rational Rose tool to model each phase of the software development of the TSRM, including requirement model, static model, dynamic model and architecture model, and implements the software on. Net platform by using VS2008programming tool. Firstly, based on the analyzing of functional requirements of the TSRM, it divides the functions into four parts, i.e. the data processing module, the communication module, the interface display module and the software maintenance module, and analyses and describes the structure and function of the TSRM software by use case diagram and class diagram. Secondly, it carries out the dynamic model of the TSRM system according to the active diagram and the sequence diagram, to finish the overall and module software design of TSRM. Thirdly, it realizes the physical architecture of the TSRM software by the component diagram and the deployment diagram in UML. Finally, the whole software is implemented by C#programming language to realize the functions of TSRM. This software can meet the requirements of issuing TSR orders and monitoring the TSRS system status.
