The technology of Temporay Speed Restriction refers to that when the train travels to some special area, the train speed need to be controlled to make sure that the train travels safely. It is more and more notable in today’s fast railway system. As CTC centre is used in CTCS-2, Temporay Speed Restriction can be realized by the information transmission between CTC centre and CTC\TDCS interfaces.When CTC centre system is put into practice from its research period, the dispatcher found it hard to instruct Temporay Speed Restriction order. The balise telegram restored in the CTC centre is huge. The storage space and handling ability of the CTC Centre is limited. Therefore, the flexibility of formulating Temporay Speed Restriction is restricted. According to practical demand, Temporay Speed Restriction Sever needs to be set, in order to formulate and manage Temporay Speed Restriction orders efficiently.This thesis studies the design and realization of Temporay Speed Restriction Server Maintainance (TSRM). The software realization is based on c#in visual stutio2010. TSRS Maintainance is the human-computer interface of TSRS. During the prime research period, TSRM can be used as assistant developing tool of TSRS lower computer. While in the later research period and site test operating period, TSRM can search the history data during all the operating process in order for the signal maintenance personnel to know what happened at site clearly and what the prolem might be.This paper analizes the system demands and clarifies the background and the meaning of this system research. According to the general demands of the system and the specific demands of every module, in the context of software engineer, this paper studies the general structure of the system, including the design methods of interface, communication, storage, search, alarm and playback module. As TSRM is part of the whole TSRS system, its software realization alone is meaningless.The second half of the paper tests whether TSRM play its part correctly in the whole system by conducting TSRS system test. In this pcocess, the response of TSRM is played vividly.
