Research On Operation And Management Of Marshalling Yard To Adapt To The Market Players Of Railways Bureau

With the great development of the market economy, the planned mode of operation has hampered the development of rail transport. In order to improve the competitiveness of rail transport in the freight market, the Ministry of Railways established market players of the Railway Bureau,and deepened the railway reform in Railway Bureau.After the market-oriented operation, the marshalling yard operation and management should also make adjustments to adapt.This paper analyzes equipment,personnel,and operating of the marshalling yard.The paper establishs the index system of the marshalling yard liquidation in the analog market operation mode,and puts forward the algorithm of the compensation liquidation index standard of time of transit car with resorting in a marshalling yard.on this basis,it also fixs a liquidation method of the marshalling yard to adapt to the market players of the Railway Bureau. Under the analog operating mode,modeling the abstract marshalling yard model of "benefit",in order to analyze the operation and management of the marshalling yard,on this basis,put forward operation and management methods of the marshalling yard on equipment management,personnel management,and management aspects of the effectiveness.Finally,the paper sets Jixi Marshalling Station as an example,calculates the compensation liquidation index standard of time of transit car with resorting in a marshalling yard with the algorithm the paper presents, and calculates each of the liquidation indicators.
