TCC(Train Control Center) is the core equipment of Chinese passenger dedicated line train control system CTCS(China Train Control System), which shoulders the great responsibility for train running safety and improving the traffic efficiency. It is not only responsible for encoding track circuit, lighting logic of signal and communication with peripheral devices, but also for realizing the transmission of balise Telegram and the execution of temporary speed restriction information. So, it is necessary to conduct in-depth research. Based on the provincial scientific research project CTCS-3 train control system simulation research as the background, this paper makes full use the of PC and ARM development board to emulate the action process of train control center in a laboratory environment, and then establishes the physical simulation system of train control center. Through the establishment of training laboratory, the students grasp the key technology of control center and the method for fault judgment, analyzing and processing. At the same time,simulation experiment is also used to reduce entity run cost.By studying the technical specification of the passenger dedicated line of CTCS-3 level train control center, this paper analyzes the structure and functional requirements of the train control center simulation system, and combined with the embedded knowledge realizing with ARM demoboard-LPC1768 as the main controller, STC12C5A60S2 as the main external system, has carried on the hardware and software design of development board. The design mainly uses RS-485 communication to realize the communication between train control center and peripheral equipment and simulate the process of message preparation, transmission and storage. Finally, each part of the whole simulation system can communicate with each other by the system debugging, and the man-machine interface of train control center will display on the PC terminal of dispatching center by using the Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 C#.
