| The vehicle maximum lateral vibration offset is the premise for judging the feasibility of out-of-gauge goods transport and determing its operating conditions. The vehicle lateral vibration offset is affected by many factors and its accurate measurement is very complex and requiring a lot of manpower and material resources. Therefore, it is very necessary to study the laws of the vehicle lateral vibration by computer simulation. With the development of the railway technology and the improvement of the wagon performance, it is of great significant to do research on the laws of the NX70flat car’s lateral vibration offset for out-of-gauge goods transport. In this paper, the laws of the NX70flat car’s lateral vibration offset is analyzed based on simulation experiments on the conditions of different goods weight, railway lines and velocity. This dissertation includes following contents:(1)Grasp the current research trends and the latest achievements by looking up the related domestic and abroad research on the vehicle lateral vibration offset.(2)The motivational factors that affect vehicle lateral vibration offset are analyzed based on the random vibration theory, and then the vehicle vibration forms are analyzed.(3)The simulation model of NX70flat car system is built based on SIMPACK simulation platform.(4)The simulation experiment schemes are determined which include loading conditions, line conditions, running speed and the track irregularity excitation of Chinese class I and III railway lines. The measurement points for studying on the vehicle lateral vibration offset are determined according to the Locomotive and car clearance boundary.(5)The experiment schemes are calculated by simulation calculation and the results are analyzed. Summarize the change rules of the roll angle, yaw angle, lateral offset and the lateral vibration offset of the middle and the end of the vehicle. The simulation experiment results of Chinese class I and III railway lines are compared, and the most dangerous conditions are determined. |
