With the rapid development of Guangzhou City construction, construction waste has become more and more, casual stacking phenomenon has become increasingly serious, and management issues are becoming increasingly prominent. Therefore, it is necessary to seek a suitable path of sustainable development of Guangzhou City, the resource and recycling of construction waste. Ecological pervious brick by making use of construction waste is technically more reliable than stone materials used in place of in-situ concrete after having obtained in the relevant literature and research. This topic focuses on the preparation and properties of ecological pervious brick.Obtained the report of the emissions and disposal of Guangzhou City construction waste by the investigation, Proposed the method of calculation of construction waste production in the old building demolition process, the course of construction and building renovation process. Calculated the10years of construction waste production based on statistical data of Guangzhou City from2001to2010. Finally, proposed the program of concentrative disposing construction waste of Guangzhou City according to the management status, the treatment process and the existing problems.This paper make a systematic research on the mix design method, preparation and performance of the eco-pervious brick from its structural characteristics, the use of functions and the performance, the main contents and results are as follows:(1) Volume method is adopted in the mix design of eco-pervious brick, considering the implications of the porosity, permeability coefficient and strength;(2) Discussion and study on the preparation, strength and permeability performance of eco-pervious brick. We studied and made the equipment for permeability coefficient test of eco-pervious brick;(3) Study on physical and mechanical properties and using function of eco-pervious brick. Obtained regression equation of the eco-pervious brick strength, permeability coefficient with the target porosity.Used the relationship between permeability coefficient and the target porosity to control permeability coefficient which eco-pervious brick needed. In addition, using three strengthen measures to ensure that the requirements of permeability performance at the same time improve the strength.(4) Study on preparation and paving techniques of compound eco-pervious brick.
