As the rapid development of hydraulic proportional technology, more and more hydraulic product have been widely used in modern industrial, it cover wide range of industries, it include metallurgy, mining, transportation, it even used in light Industry, food, chemical industry, military etc. But the judgment of the performance of hydraulic components have a scientific basis, the generation of the hydraulic tester can solve the problem very well. The hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor is very important components in the hydraulic systems. Hydraulic pump is power source of the hydraulic systems, hydraulic motor is execution unit of hydraulic systems, and it Trans the hydraulic power to mechanical power, so the development and research of hydraulic pump-motor tester is very important.The characteristics of original hydraulic pump-motor test systems are intensity of workers operating, lower test efficiency and precision, lower degree of automation, reliability can not be guaranteed etc. To solve the problems, the pump-motor hydraulic computer aid tester (CAT) base on virtual and instruments technique is designed in the dissertation, and the problems can be solve very well.The dissertation has designed the hydraulic transmission parts and electrical control parts of the pump-motor hydraulic computer aid tester. The hydraulic transmission parts mainly base on the test condition to design the hydraulic system and verifier the hydraulic systems; electrical control parts include the designation of hardware and software. The designation of the hardware mainly includes sensor selection, Calibration, parameter conversion calculation, anti-jamming, acquisition card selection, plc selection etc. The designation of the software mainly include plc program base on V4.0STEP7MicroWIN SP4,the HMI program base on EB8000,the acquisition program base on LabVIEW,the program base on LabVIEW has the characteristics of short development cycle, easy to upgrade and expand.There is inverter beside the pump-motor hydraulic computer aid tester, so there is strong anti-jamming.To improve the test precision,the dissertation use the way of combination of hardware and software to filter, PLC control scheme was used for the electrical system of control system. Curve fitting can make the cure smoother and the curve will not distortion.Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and control technology etc disciplines were combined to complete the development and research on the pump-motor hydraulic tester system in this paper. With a combination of theory and Practice, the design of the pump-motor hydraulic tester was completed, and the product had been used on the product line in KOBELCO.
