Hydraulic components will be fatigue fracture under the long-time of hydraulic impact, especially in the field of automobile and aviation. So the detections of impact and flexural properties are very important. The technology of servo-hydraulic is used in the servo-pressure pulse detection system to simulate the operating condition of hydraulic components, and estimate the fatigue properties of components.The research of hydraulic-pressure pulse detection system is based on servo-hydraulic technology, the virtual instrument technology and the control of PID. The deficiency that one device can only do one kind of pressure-detection experiment is avoided in this system. The main research work is as follows:1. The research of hydraulic system is based on the servo-hydraulic technology and the hydraulic-pressure pulse detection method. The overall design scheme is proposed in this paper. Also the hydraulic system is set up. The servo-hydraulic technology belongs to closed-loop control system. Compared with the traditional hydraulic control system the servo-hydraulic control system is more precise.2. The virtual instrument is used to carry out the hardware configuration. The model of IPC-PLC and IPC-DAQ are chosen. The open of PC CNC system, the real time control of PLC controller and the powerful signal acquisition feature of DAQ are presented in the system. The IPC and PLC are connected by RS485 or RS232 data bus interface while the IPC and DAQ are connected by IPC data bus interface. By calling the VISA(Virtual Instrumentation Software Architecture) functions the communication between upper-PC and lower-PC are realized.3. The Lab VIEW is used to set up the software programming. The special pressure pulse detection software developed by LabVIEW has many functions, such as signal acquisition, data procession, automation and so on.4. At last the double hydraulic-pressure pulse detection equipment is realized and the final debugging results show that the system is correct.
