With the rapid development of the national traffic infrastructure construction, safety in production of which was faced with severe challenges. By statistical analysis, the highway cast-in-place bridge accounted for the greatest proportion of accident during highway construction. Therefore, there are of important theoretical and practical significance for evaluating safety risk management during construction.This paper conducts the exploration research aimed at the characteristics of highway cast-in-place bridge, using the on-site survey, expert interviews, literature research and empirical research as the main method, combining the qualitative with quantitative research, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures of safety risk dynamic management.Firstly, it analyzed the causes of risk factors that lead to main safety accidents with accident tree analysis (ATA) method based on the large amounts of safety accidents during bridge construction, which drawn the conclusion and classified that the deep causes lead to the accident happened. Secondly, it extracted evaluation index system which applies to safety risk management of highway cast-in-place bridge during construction. By expert survey, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used to determine the index weights at all levels. It quantized evaluation standard of evaluation index by referring to "safety evaluation standard of construction enterprise production", that is JGJ/T77-2010. Moreover, the safety risk management evaluation model of highway cast-in-place bridge, which combined with multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory was established. Finally, there has been put forward the corresponding countermeasures, according to safety risk management of highway cast-in-place bridge during construction.By evaluating the level of safety risk management of highway cast-in-place bridge project dynamically, which is beneficial to the government safety supervision and administration department that implement macroscopic control on safety production of construction enterprise, also is beneficial to scientific analysis potential safety hazard of AEC, finding out the management shortcomings, realizing the essential safety during construction and improving economic benefits for construction enterprise. It can be referenced for similar highway construction in the future.
