According to the State Department of Transportation official website data show that by the end of 2016,China’s highway bridge has 95.72 million,of which the proportion of small and medium-sized highway bridge reached 89.9%.With the economic development,the highway bridge as an important part of the transport links,its increasingly important position in the traffic throat,but because of the construction of highway bridges with long duration,more than the construction unit and the uneven level of construction technology,geographical distribution and so on Project characteristics,in the actual project construction usually there are many risk factors and management efficiency is low,so the construction of small and medium-sized highway bridge risk management research is very meaningful.At present,the research on risk management theory of bridge and extra-large bridge construction project has reached a very high level.There are many ways to analyze and evaluate the project risk,but many scholars who study the risk of bridge are basically based on the large or large studies of the bridge,or just to carry out aspects of a certain part of their studies,while small and large bridge highway bridge in terms of construction quality of personnel,the level of construction machinery equipment,construction units or qualifications,technical management level there are a lot of differences,In practice,many management technicians often apply the risk research for large-scale bridge construction stage to the construction of small and medium-sized road bridges.The risk understanding and analysis of the construction stage of small and medium-sized highway bridges are not deep enough to make concrete small and medium-sized highway bridge projects when selecting an inappropriate risk management approaches to risk assessment,the end result is to increase the difficulty of risk management for small and medium-highway bridge project,which not only directly related to the control objectives to achieve a reasonable quality,schedule and cost involved in bridge construction,also virtually Plus the potential adverse risk factors.Therefore,to carry out research on the risk management of the construction phase of the construction of small roads and bridges bridge management is significant.This paper first introduces the background,significance and purpose of the research,the current situation of bridge development both at home and abroad,and the existing problems in the research of bridge risk management in China.Combined with the experience of risk management of small and medium-sized highway bridges accumulated in the author’s work practice,The theoretical framework of risk management.This paper uses the fuzzy comprehensive analysis method to evaluate the risk management of small and medium-sized highway bridges,and tries to find out the risk management methods and coping strategies to solve the construction stage of small and medium-sized highway bridges.Theoretically,Engineering practice to provide reference to the method and ideas,and to Ma Yuan River Bridge for the actual case of risk management research.
