| In recent years, the ship locks,bridges,ports,wharfs, large reservoir andunderground venues ect. have been quickly developed with the development of thesociety.In view of the particularity of the underground building, the fire situation isvery serious. It will cause very serious consequence if the rescue work is improper.Aim at the rescue work of the Three Gorges, this paper proposed the lift formobile rescue in depth which was designed combined with other situations of rescue.After comparing the schemes which were introduced in detail in this paper, the mostfeasible scheme was determined.This kind of device is simple and easy to operate.With the application of the basic principle of common elevator, the depth of rescuewas increased and the wokspace was saved though taking a innovative thought thatthree connected telescopic vertical elevators was put from the traditional tilt into avertical.The component structure of mechanism was designed in detail based on thechosed scheme. Strength checking calculation was made for the keycomponent,which has laid a basis for the type selection calculation of the systemdetailed design.In order to design the lift for Moblie Rescure more reliablely and reasonablely,This paper used the finite element analysis software ANSYS on the basis ofstructural design, the modeling was imported by the powerful Pro/E software,according to some basic assumptions(simplified model, force, and boundaryconditions etc.), Calculated the stress and deformation of the ladder in the work ofstate, tested the strength of the device.Finally, the ADAMS simulation model of the luffing mechanism and thedynamics simulation was bulit with the help of ADAMS. AS a basis of reasonablevariable parameters and objective function, the optimization research was done.Asa result, the condition of derricking fuel tank force was optimized, the length of fueltank was reduced and the performance of the mechanism was improved.Through the study of this project, the main problem in the design process ofmobile depth rescue lifts was solved.A new research analysis method wasprovided for the the Moblie Rescure device and a reference direction was proviedfor the development of the device. |
