Recent years, with the rapid development of our national economy, a largenumber of infrastructure such as roads, hydropower, electricity, ports, constructionand mining had developed, a large number of loaders by virtue of advantages withquick operation, good mobility, high efficiency and flexible operation had been used.In2011, loader saled reached230,000.As a family member of loaders, the driving system and working system offull-hydraulic loader both adopt hydraulic-drive technology, this drive mode of theloader has advantages like compact, high efficiency, low-power and wide-areaefficiency, therefore it developed rapidly. With the social development, the projectneeds and advances in technology, this drive mode loader will definitely become atrend. Therefore, the development of fully hydraulic wheel loader will become moreand more meaningful, an increasing number of manufacturers began to devote human,material on this research. Our country’s industrial base is relatively weak and ratherlate, we already achieved certain results on the research, but compared with UnitedStates and Europe there is a large gap. At present, the loader of the domesticallydesigned and manufactured mainly is hydrodynamic transmission, the theoreticalresearch on full-hydraulic loader is still relatively little.In this paper, the hydraulic system of full-hydraulic loader were analyzed, amathematical model of the key components were established,the working system anddrive system of the full-hydraulic loader of AMESim simulation model wereestablished. Compare with simulation and experimental test, the results show thatsimulation model is correct, provide a theoretical basis for the dynamic digital designof hydraulic loaders. This paper mainly studies include:(1) The development trend of hydraulic system of the full-hydraulic loaders wasintroduced, the working principle of the full-hydraulic loaders was analyzed, thesystem of mathematical models was established, lay the foundation for systems analysis and model applications.(2) Established full-hydraulic loader system, driving system and engine modelsby the simulation software AMESim, and the whole work process of dynamic wasanalyzed.(3) Experimental study on the loader hydraulic system was made, pressure curvein the different conditions of working system and driving system were tested. Theexperimental curve compared with the simulation curve to verify the correctness ofthe simulation model.
