Therefore need to study a high reliability, control, precision alignment and good speed performance electronic control system.In this paper, mine hoist electrical control system of the status quo, on the basis of the programmable logic controller (PLC) and the inverter, research and design a set of high reliability, good control performance of the mine hoist control system. The first three chapters on the development and theory of mine hoist machine control system are described in detail, and analyzed the performance characteristics of the PLC and inverter and selection, the final selection of the Siemens S7-300PLC and ABB ACS800frequency converter. The fourth chapter describes the hardware design of the mine hoist control system, including hardware design, hardware design and system block diagram, the control circuit principles and anti-jamming measures. Chapter5introduces the mine hoist control system software design, selection of the WinCC configuration software to complete mine hoist the upper control of the machine control system, and gave details of the design process and the system block diagram of the PLC program.Using the PLC as the control core, not only can improve the system reliability and security, but also has a great deal of flexibility and scalability. Under the same control system hardware, you only need to change the PLC program to meet the site control requirements, but also effectively solve the real-time and reliability of signal transmission in the control system. |
