Electrical hoist as the core part of Crane,is the indispensable equipment for industry manufacture and national economy,it not only need to satisfy the high efficiency requirement for basically material handling in company,but also need to corporate with customer field condition to implement some special function,in order to increase its produce and handling efficiency.take inverter as the central controlling part for electrical hoist controlling,not only implement load running stable,reliable,lower failure rate,Inverter’s programmable,abundant and strong communication function provide the perfect solution for hoist and crane’s diversity application in future.Basic on inverter’s special application on hoist,to ensure the security of load lifting and higher lifting efficiency,control system implement:1)control system has lifting motor brake status monitoring,to ensuresecurity of load.2)on the condition of load security,improved lifting efficiency.3)when load is lifting,brake on full-load or re-lifting in air,there no“hook-slipping” movement.4)control system can implement the lifting balance at customer’s site.Meantime,relatively to the load properties of hoist lifting and movement,select and design suitable inverter controlling method,basic on the controlling system design,detail introduce motors,inverters and brake resistor calculation etc,last is one customer field application,design and testing the controlling system according to customer field requirement and got the satisfied result.
