As the development and innovation of industrial technique, Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) servo control system has been rapid development, and widely used in various fields of industrial production, aerospace, and military weapons, so application and development of PMSM servo control system has been more and more attention.Using the TI company digital signal processor TMS320F2812as the core of PMSM control system can provides a good experimental platform for the realization of a variety of intelligent control algorithms and high-performance control strategies.Firstly, this article describes the application status of a PMSM at home and abroad, the future direction of development, as well as the purpose and meaning of this subject, and also introduces the classification and mathematical model of the PMSM, makes the coordinate transformation module, SVPWM module, the three closed-loops vector control structure simulation diagram of PMSM in the MATLAB/SIMULINK software.Secondly, describes the importance of the PMSM rotor initial position, in this paper, two kinds of methods for searching the initial rotor position has been referred, respectively, through the DC method and binary search method, and gives the experimental waveforms of this two methods, verify the correctness of the principle.Thirdly, derives the transfer function of each module of the PMSM control system, gives the method of computing parameters of the PID controller for current, speed and position closed-loop, and comes true the algorithms of M method, T method in the DSP for getting the motor speed at high and low.Finally, combines the simulation principle, and does the three closed-loops vector control structure on the experimental platform to verify the motor dynamic response of the output variables current, speed, position at the step function. At last gives the experimental waveforms of the motor run at low speed.The experimental results identify the system has good dynamic and static performance, verifies the correctness of the theory and simulation analysis, provides a good basis for the further improve system performance.
