The main technical standards of railway are as follows:refers to the number, limit slope, minimum curve radius, the station distribution, the effective length of departure line, traction type, locomotive type, locomotive road, block type. This paper based on the scientific research project "complex dangerous mountain high speed railway the choice of the main technical standards". The current domestic mountain high speed railway background and significance are analyzed, and mountain high speed railway is defined as the passenger train operation speed in the mountains to200km/h of passenger and freight railway line on the main section and the railway passenger special line.All kind of existing special passenger line railway standard, on the basis of the different speed design, applied to corresponding speed of the mountains (special passenger line) high speed railway. Therefore the main technical standard of mixed passenger and freight high-speed railway in mountain area are mainly analyzed.Though route selection of mixed passenger and freight high-speed railway in mountain area is much more complex, difficult and risk, the corresponding technical accumulation is relatively weak. With the railway going through the dangerous and complex mountainous region natural condition, new problems are caused by the high technical standard. The existing typical cases of the mountainous area route design(in the proposed stage, feasibility study stage and primary design stage) are analyzed, and the characteristics of the high speed railway in mountain area are summarized, and the concept of the strength slope is proposed to use technical standard flexibly. On the basis of all kinds of existing railway standard, the passenger and freight lines that mountain high speed railway train speed press (200/100km/h) are matched the most reasonable.Through simple discussion and conclusion,the mountainous area high speed passenger railway is designed of double-line design, electric traction,4.5m refers to the space. All the stage of Chenglan. ChengKun (double-track construction), Chengyu, Guiguang Railway desigh are analyzed, and the universality conclusion are summarized in this paper:minimum curve radius and the slope method of mixed passenger and freight high-speed railway are selected by using the method for special passenger line to form mixed passenger and freight high-speed railway. The minimum curve radius and maximum the value of slope are confirmed and a major technical standard system is built.At last, from a qualitative angle, the euthenics evaluation model is used to prove that the chosen main technical-standard of mountainous high speed railway passenger and freight line is reasonable.The major technical standard system is built, certain experience and engineering reference are provided for mountainous area railway construction in the future.
