| In recent years the low pressure transformers were destroyed or stolen in some parts in recent years, which affected the industrial production and People’s Daily life. The remote security monitoring system of transformer is proposed to reduce such events and to provide comprehensive, multi-functional security measures for the safety running and management maintains of transformer.Firstly, LwIP protocol stack, PPP protocol, GPRS and CRC check are analyzed in the paper. Secondly, the principles and functions of power source, GPRS, ISD4004, MMA7455and other hardware circuit modules are analyzed. The communication protocols between DSP and ARM and between DSP and the server are designed. Transmitting and receiving of text messages, answering the telephone, data services of GPRS, ISD4004, MMA7455and other hardware drivers, the server programs of serial port interrupt, timer interrupt, infrared interrupt and GPRS interrupt, the analysis of the type of alarm, main program and other software programs are programed. Tilt, voltage, current and working temperature of transformer are real-time monitoring. The informations and pictures of many kinds of alarm, such as infrared trigger, phase lack, voltage current and the temperature too high, equipment tile and so on are reported. The cost of SIM card is inquired. The operation log of equipment is reported. In addition, answering of the server phone, updating of program by the server, broadcasting warnings by ISD4004and others are realized. This system can make the substation manager understand the working conditions of the transformer and other electric equipments in time, reduce the possibility of being destroyed and being stolen of the power equipment, enhance the security of the power equipment.Finally, the login, alarm, remote figure, call, inquires cost, inquires log, remote program update, playing warning sticker and other functions are all tested. The test results show the system can basically achieve the requirement of design. |
