Road traffic congestion is the problem faced by Shenzhen. Respectively for the traffic supply and traffic demand, vigorously develop public transport and traffic demand control are effective methods to relieve traffic congestion pressure. In order to make more effective use of the Shenzhen existing urban road resources, improve the capacity of road infrastructure, provide efficient and quality public transport services, In this paper, I will use the scientific basic theories and methods of traffic behavior, associate subway, the main way of the future public transport, with congestion charges, which concerned by much domestic and foreign experts and scholars. Firstly, I will analyze the Shenzhen metro line1traffic supply and demand under the conditions of road congestion pricing, then through the analysis of transfer model of traffic demand and the pricing game between conventional bus and subway under the conditions of road congestion pricing, solve the problem of the Shenzhen metro line1reasonable subway fare setting under the conditions of road congestion pricing.Based on the previous researches and theoretical results in the field of congestion pricing and subway pricing, I analyzed the Shenzhen metro line1supply and demand, respectively, do not consider road congestion pricing or the implementation of congestion pricing. And proposed traffic trip generation prediction models and trip distribution prediction model, constructed the demand transfer model which from private traffic to public traffic, under the conditions of road congestion pricing. According to the analysis of changes in traffic demand, constructed the Game Model between conventional bus and subway under the conditions of road congestion pricing. Therefor, the Shenzhen metro line1reasonable subway fare under the conditions of road congestion pricing is be settled.In conclusion part, the paper summarized and pointed out the inadequacies of this paper and the requirements for further research.
