Risk management is the last two decades developed a new subject, covering many disciplines integrated use of various types are widely used in recent years started projects. Railway construction project has invested more than large, long period, involving a wide range, vulnerability to natural conditions and social environment factors, etc., exist in the process of building a number of risks and manifestations are different. Thus, if in-depth understanding of various risks, throughout all phases of risk identification, assessment, comprehensive analysis and evaluation to make the right to take appropriate countermeasures to reduce risk factors on the railway construction project may cause adverse effects, will greatly facilitate the successful completion of the project.The main contents of this paper are:First, a brief analysis of EHV moved high-speed railway construction project during the general process of risk management, including the risks outlined in risk identification, risk response and risk evaluation. Then an example, detailed analysis of the high-speed railway project EHV moved in a number of risks, and gives the project the members of Risk Management Department of the specific division of labor and responsibilities, and project risk management department of a risk response and control measures, where each table has a corresponding with the example.
