Research On Risk Management Of Whole Process Engineering Consulting Project

With the deepening of economic development and urbanization level,the country has more requirements on the level of engineering construction management.The concept of "whole-process engineering consulting" comes into being.The whole process of engineering consulting runs through the whole project.Once the management out off control,it will cause many problems.Whole-process engineering consulting related to the risk management existing in research is little.Therefore,based on the Well-facilitated farmland projects in whole-process engineering consulting is necessary.And promote the whole-process engineering consulting enterprise will also provide reference consulting enterprise in project risk resistance.Firstly,this paper reviews the literature and takes the G Well-facilitated farmland construction project as an example.Through exploring the current risk management status of the Well-facilitated farmland construction G,sort out the risk points of the whole process engineering consultation into three stages: Decision-making,Survey and Design,Implementation.Then identify the risks of the Well-facilitated farmland construction G through the literature reference method and formulate a preliminary risk list.Using the expert interview method revise it.Finally the risks faced by the whole process engineering consulting G are divided into six categories: Risk of policy and market,Risk of natural environment,Risk of insufficient capacity,Risk of project related party,Risk of whole-process engineering consulting mode,and Risk of technical.Then Design a questionnaire to collect data.Use PCA testing and screening it;Use AHP weighting and calculating screened risk factors.Find out the risks needed to be paid attention to are the consulting unit communication and coordination risks,management defects,decision-making,survey and design risks;Finally use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method obtains that the G project is at a higher risk level.At last according to the study,we put forward to major risks and propose countermeasures,in order to ensure the smooth development of the project.The theoretical research on risk management of farmland can also provide a certain reference for other Well-facilitated farmland construction projects.
