| With the rapid development of economy in recent years, the freight cars are in great demand in foreign country, and it promote the growth of the export of Chinese freight cars. The operating condition and assessment criteria of abroad are different to China, so the car must be researched by the foreign condition, design requirements, design theory and the railway criteria in order to ensure the structure reliability and operating safety. This thesis carried on the project design, engineering drawing design, calculation and sample car test of Madagascar meter gauge hopper Car.This paper summarized the state of development, did the project design, and determine the main technique parameters of the meter gauge hopper car according to the design requirement and design proposal. The main technique parameters of meter gauge hopper car meet the Madarail by the calculation of vehicle width, curve negotiating, unloading speed and the brake.The paper ensured the load condition according TB/T1335-96and built the FE model of the vehicle body to analyze the strength according the structure characteristic and the fourth theory of strength. The results indicates that the static strength meets the demand of service in the load condition. The paper analyzed the modal of the vehicle body and calculated the natural frequency. The results indicates that the natural frequency is far from the excited frequency of the railway to freight car body. The car will not resonate to avoid the destroy of the vehicle structure.The paper did the static strength test of Madagascar meter gauge hopper car according the criteria of railway vehicle strength design and test and the design project description request of Madagascar meter gauge hopper Car, and analyzed the test data. The results indicate that the static strength and bending stiffness meet the service demand. The paper did the unloading test and calculated the unloading time. The results indicate that the unloading speeding meet the demand. |
