Railway freight transportation has been playing an important role in the economic development of our country.With the economic development of our country,the burden of railway lines is increasing,and the maintenance and maintenance of the railway also put forward corresponding high requirements,that is to say,the large railway maintenance machinery put forward higher requirements,time is money,so the new railway maintenance machinery developed is the current stage Urgent task to achieve efficient and convenient completion of road maintenance tasks.At present,the development of large-scale railway maintenance machinery in China is still on the rise.Many core technologies still need to rely on foreign countries,not as deep as freight trains and passenger trains.Up to now,China has not formulated special structural design specifications and corresponding test standards.If we refer to the relevant standards of railway passenger trains and freight trains,there are often not enough designed structures In the structural design,the particularity of the working environment is not fully considered,and the structural stiffness and strength do not meet the allowable conditions.Datong Qinhuangdao railway is one of the main channels for the transportation of coal from west to East in China.China Railway Construction High Tech Equipment Co.,Ltd.has developed a rail suction train set for this railway.This paper takes this as the source of the subject,and studies the following aspects for one of the vehicles,that is,the body structure of the power car:First of all,this paper briefly introduces the research status and theoretical basis of the finite element and shell element theory.According to the design scheme provided by the entrusting party,the geometric model is established in the three-dimensional software UG,the finite element model of the vehicle body is generated by using the finite element analysis software workbench,and the corresponding boundary conditions and loads are added according to the actual situation.Combined with TB / T1335-1996 code for strength design and test appraisal of railway vehicles,the static strength calculation and analysis of the vehicle body of rail power vehicles are listed in detail According to the difference of transverse load,longitudinal load value and specific position,the vertical no-load condition,vertical static load condition,longitudinal tension combination condition and longitudinal compression combination condition are calculated,and the distribution of stress and vertical deformation of the car body structure is obtained.According to the fourth strength theory and torsion span comparison,the static strength and rigidity of the structure are evaluated,and the relatively weak car body is obtained Location.Secondly,on the basis of the calculation results,this paper also carried out the static strength test of the car body,and selected the same points for data comparison,the results show that both calculation errors are within a reasonable range,and the calculation results and test results show that the static strength of the car body meets the requirements.Finally,the corresponding strengthening suggestions are given for the weak position of the calculation results and the experimental results,which provides an important basis for the further optimization of the car body.
