With economic development and engineering technology advances, the requirements on the building function and aesthetic requirements are also rising,so there have been new high-rise buildings of the complex structure, or even vertical plane rather special structure, such as structure with conversion layer, strengthen storys and plit-level structure, piece structure, the structure of multi-tower structure has emerged, not only irregular vertical arrangement of these complex structures, but also appear irregular or special irregular on project layout arrangement, the complex path of force transmission. With the continuous development of structure, the high-rise mixed structure with its unique advantages show in front of the world. In the course of the development requirements of the times, in order to improve the overall effect on external framework and internal core tube framework, with strengthen storys of the core tube steel frame structure is used more widely. At the same time its also has very obvious advantages and disadvantages, so analysis of the concept of seismic performance of complex structures design and make some meaningful recommendations of engineering practice.The major work of this article:Firstly, useing finite element modeling software SAP2000to establish the core tube steel frame model and make modal analysis, Discussed the location and the joint number changes of strengthening layer and summarizes the difference between eigenvector method and the Ritz vector method, on this basis,put forward best choice of the number and location on strengthening the layer settings. Sencondly,make the response spectrum analysis of strengthening layer on the steel frame-core tube structure model, summarizes the impact of structure lateral displacement, shear of frame column, axial force by the strengthening layer under earthquake, Strengthening layer caused peripheral frame column shear and axial force mutation, engineering design should be cautious. Thirdly, make a linear time history analysis of structural model, Analysis and comparison the structure of the horizontal acceleration and strengthening the relationship between the level set under the four kinds of seismic waves, analysis the changes of joint under the connection stiffness of the structure peak horizontal acceleration, make relevant recommendations of the enhanced level of seismic core tube steel frame design.
