Since science and technology and society have risen steadily,both here and abroad to accelerate the development of high-rise buildings,the high-rise buildings are shape novelty and specific,which integrate into the new element and represent modern life atmosphere.However,with the development of the building to a higher level,the appearance of the form of continuous innovation,the mechanical characteristics of the structure has become more complex.It also puts forward higher requirements for the high rise building structure,which requires good structural integrity,the small lateral deformation and large horizontal stiffness Therefore,it is more and more important to study the reasonable structure form of high-rise building.In this environment,the frame-corewall structure with story with outriggers has been paid more and more attention in the high-rise building.Meanwhile,in recent years,there have been many major earthquakes at home and abroad.There is no doubt that the earthquake severely damages to the high-rise buildings and super high-rise buildings.It also speeds up the research and application of frame-corewall structure with story with outriggers.However,it forms a weak layer that story with outriggers is stress complex and structure stiffness is mutation on the strengthening layer,and it is no benefit to Anti-seismic.Therefore,it is very valuable to research how to set up the number and the position of story with outriggers in the structure to effectively resist the earthquake damage.So it is necessary to study the seismic performance of frame-corewall structure with story with outriggers.The research results will have significant theoretical guidance value for the performance-based seismic design of frame-corewall structure with story with outriggers.The research contents and results can be summarized as follows:In this paper,a frame-corewall structure is chosen as the research object,firstly using Midas Building to analyze the effect of the number of story with outriggers on seismic performance of structures under horizontal earthquake,comparative analysis the effect of the number of story with outriggers,such as model one,model two,model three and model four on period,inter story displacement,floor displacement,and layer shear.The results show that model three is a suitable model for the number of story with outriggers,and the period,inter story displacement,shear layer and floor displacement are less than those of the other three models.The frame-corewall structure with story with outriggers is the improvement of lateral stiffness and lateral deformation decreases.Instead of the more number of story with outriggers,the better,it need to have a reasonable number of story with outriggers.Based on these results,Midas Building is used to analyze the effect of different setting position of the same number story with outriggers on seismic performance of structures under horizontal earthquake,comparatively analyzing the effect of different setting position of the same number story with outriggers,such as model three,model five and model six,on period,lateral displacement and story drift angle.The results show that the location of story with outriggers of model three is reasonable,and the period,lateral displacement and inter story displacement angle of the model two are smaller than those of the other two models.Therefore,in the case of the certain story with outriggers number,The frame core tube structure in a certain number of strengthening layer,reasonable location of story with outriggers makes the structure more uniform in the vertical direction,makes the structure cycle,structural displacement and interlayer displacement angle small,which improve seismic capacity.This paper analyzes stress concentration factor of six models in the bottom corner column to research the effect of number and location of story with outriggers on the shear lag in the frame-corewall structure.The results show that stress concentration factor of the model three is minimum and shear lag is weakest in the bottom corner.The reasonable number and position of story with outriggers is beneficial to relieve shear lag of the bottom corner column in the frame-corewall structure.SATWE is used to analyze elastic time history analysis of model one,model two,model three and model four under requently occurred earthquake and contrast model floor shear,floor displacement,story drift and floor moment size.The results show that the shear force,floor displacement,story drift angle and floor moment of model three under the action of three seismic waves are less than those of the other three models.Therefore,the reasonable position and quantity of story with outriggers is beneficial to anti-seismic of the frame-corewall structure under frequently occurred earthquake.At the end of this paper,the EPDA in the PKPM software module is used to analyze the elastic-plastic dynamic time history analysis of model three under rarely occurred earthquake.The results show that the floor shear force,the floor moment and the lateral displacement of the floor the elastic-plastic dynamic time history analysis of model three under rarely occurred earthquake are all larger than the modal decomposition response spectrum method.Therefore,in order to enhance structural ductility of the frame-corewall structure under rarely occurred earthquake,it is necessary to increase the reinforcement of the structure and increase the sectional area of the member.
