At present,large volume concrete is very common in actual engineering construction,and the research on its temperature field has been concerned by many experts and scholars.With the development of science and technology,especially the development of computer,we can use software to simulate the complex temperature field of concrete structure before actual construction and design.However,in the selection of different formula in the process of actual simulation,parameter,will greatly affect the accuracy of the simulation results,thus losing software simulation was used to guide the design and construction of meaning.This article embarks from the practical engineering,in view of a project in guangxi mass concrete foundation structure,on the basis of field temperature records,using the finite element software ANSYS,the temperature field under different working conditions,the following conclusions:1.When the temperature field is simulated by software,the selection of hydration heat formula is more important for the simulation of mass concrete temperature field.The relevant coefficients in the chosen formula need to be determined separately for the actual engineering materials,which need to be obtained through a series of experiments.2.The hydration heat formula is determined,the process of modeling,considering hydration degree of material coefficient of thermal conductivity,specific heat of the influence of thermal parameters,such as,can improve the accuracy of software simulation,the simulation result is closer to the actual temperature data;3.The use of software simulation,considering the actual construction process,methods,modeling software advanced features-"life and death" element are adopted to simulate the concrete layered casting process,the hydration heat stratification time points successively applied,can improve the simulation precision of the temperature field in the early.If we need to study the temperature field in the early stage,we must try to consider the use of the life and death cell,which is more conducive to the prevention and control of temperature fracture.4.Through optimize the model parameters,software optimization module is verified in the mass concrete structure design,the feasibility of using softwareoptimization design during construction,has certain practical value for actual engineering.
